1、 Fan usage
The WDT series low-noise fiberglass roof universal fan developed and produced by our factory is mainly used for indoor ventilation and air exchange in buildings such as petroleum, chemical, textile, metallurgical and machinery factories, offices, warehouses, etc. It can adapt to different structural types and usage needs of buildings and can be installed on roofs and walls.
2、 Transport medium
1. When the WDT series fan is running, the working medium is air with a temperature of ≤ 80 ℃. When the working medium temperature is 25 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 90%.
2. The dust content (including solid impurities) of the medium should not exceed 100 milligrams per cubic meter. If the operating conditions of the fan exceed the above regulations, special design should be proposed at the time of ordering.
3、 Performance status
1. The performance of the fans provided by our factory is the aerodynamic performance under standard conditions (temperature of 20 ℃, relative humidity of 50%, atmospheric pressure of 101325Pa (760 mmHg), gas density of 1.2 kg/cubic meter).
2. When working under non-standard conditions, its performance should be converted through corresponding formulas.
4、 Fan structure
1. The fan mainly consists of an impeller, a wind duct, a wind cap, an electric motor, and other accessories.
2. The entire series of fans widely use lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant fiberglass and aluminum alloy materials, which have the characteristics of beautiful appearance, smooth operation, long service life, and low noise.
3. This series of fans can also be made into explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, and fire smoke exhaust types according to users' special usage requirements.
5、 Installation and maintenance
1. When installing rooftop fans, it is necessary to consider factors such as building structure and indoor air pollution before deciding on the installation location for each fan.
2. Ensure that the span between the installation base and other obstacles is greater than the diameter of the fan impeller.
3. Before installation, prepare the pre embedded bolts for the concrete foundation.
4. The fan must be installed vertically and must not be tilted.
5. Thick rubber should be placed between the foundation and the machine base to prevent air leakage.
6. Check for excessive tightness or rubbing of the impeller.
7. Check if the rotation direction of the impeller is correct.
6、 Fan noise
1. The sound pressure level LPA values counted by A are shown in the performance table.
2. The noise in the table is the value near the corresponding highest efficiency point in this sample.
3. The above data is obtained through testing and calculation according to the requirements of GB/T2888-91 standard.
